The service

Sheet from PDF converts PDF documents — typically bank statements, receipts and invoices — into plain spreadsheet data. The reading and the conversion are performed entirely by your own browser. Exporting the result is the paid step, and the price is shown before you pay.

Check the output before you rely on it

Automated extraction can be wrong, and you must verify it before using it for anything that matters. Statements vary enormously between banks, and the tool reads a printed layout. It can misread a column, merge two rows, lose a line, or interpret an ambiguous date the wrong way round.

We provide a balance check that compares the transactions against the running balance and warns you when rows do not reconcile. It is a helpful signal, not a guarantee: it cannot detect a mistake that is internally consistent, and it cannot check anything at all if your statement has no balance column.

You are responsible for checking the output against the original document before using it for accounting, tax, legal or financial purposes.

Not professional advice

This service provides a file conversion. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as such.

What things cost

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing page and again before you pay. Prices may change, but a change never affects something you have already bought.

  • One conversion — a single payment. It covers one document, and it never expires.
  • Monthly — unlimited conversions for one month from the date of purchase.
  • Yearly — unlimited conversions for twelve months from the date of purchase.

Your bank may add a foreign transaction fee of its own if your card is not held in US dollars. That is between you and your bank; we neither charge it nor receive it.

Renewal, and cancelling

A monthly or yearly pass is one payment for one period. It does not renew on its own unless you choose to renew it at the time you pay.

At checkout, our payment provider offers you the option of automatic renewal. That offer is yours to accept or decline, and it only happens if you accept it there. We cannot enrol you in it, and nothing charges you again unless you said yes to it. If you do accept, you can cancel at any time from the subscription dashboard the provider emails you a link to, and they email you before each charge so nothing arrives as a surprise.

If you decline, your pass simply ends when the period ends, and you buy another if you want one. There is nothing to cancel.

What a conversion covers

Reading a statement, checking it, and editing the rows in the table are all free and happen on your device. Paying unlocks the export of that document: the CSV download, the copy-to-spreadsheet, and the raw grid download. Exporting the same document repeatedly — adjusting a column and downloading again, for example — counts as the one conversion. A different document is a different conversion.

Payment

Payments are handled by PesaPal. Your card details are entered on PesaPal's own page and go directly to them; they never reach this site. A purchase is complete when PesaPal confirms the payment to us, and access is granted at that point.

Buying without an account

You do not need an account to buy a single conversion, and we do not ask you for an email address. The consequence is worth stating plainly: a purchase made without an account lives in the browser that made it. If you clear your browser's site data, or use a different browser or device, that purchase will not be there.

If that happens, email us with the order reference from your PesaPal confirmation and we will do what we can to help. We cannot look a purchase up by name, because we never had one.

Accounts

  • An account is optional and is only needed for a monthly or yearly pass.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Anyone who signs in as you can spend your access.
  • Use a real email address you control — it is how you would recover the account, and how we would contact you if something went wrong with it.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

Refunds and your right to cancel

You are buying digital content that is supplied immediately, so by completing a purchase you ask us to begin straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel that consumer law would otherwise give you.

We give you a 7-day refund instead, and you do not have to ask a person for it. For seven days after you pay, a "Request a refund" button appears on the page you land on after paying. Press it and the refund is filed with our payment provider on the spot. You do not have to give a reason and you do not have to speak to anyone.

  • The money goes back the way it came — to the same card or mobile money wallet, in the same currency you paid.
  • The provider reviews it by hand, so it is not instant. We tell you the refund has been requested, and never that it has been refunded, until it has — and how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank.
  • One refund per payment. That is the provider's rule rather than ours, and it is why the button only appears once.

If the seven days have passed and you think you have a good reason, email us anyway. And if the tool could not read a valid statement — one downloaded directly from your bank, not a scan or a photograph — tell us whenever it was and we will sort it out, 7 days or not.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to use the documents you convert.
  • You are responsible for the security of the device you use. Because the tool runs locally, the security of your documents depends on your own device, browser and network.
  • You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. Purchases are for adults.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
  • You must not attempt to avoid paying for conversions, including by sharing an account, reselling access, or interfering with the payment process.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise it. It may change or be withdrawn at any time. Because the reading is done by your browser, a page you have already loaded will often still convert a statement even if the site is unreachable — exporting it, though, needs to reach us.

Intellectual property

The site, its design and its code are ours. The content of the documents you convert remains entirely yours — we never receive it, so we could not claim anything over it even if we wanted to.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service or from reliance on its output.

Where the service is faulty, or we have not delivered what you paid for, our liability is limited to refunding what you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing here takes away consumer rights you have by law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page will change when they are, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current version. The terms that applied when you bought something are the ones that govern that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
